We stage, furnish and style interiors across the French Riviera, from Monaco to Nice: properties going on the market, Airbnbs and furnished lets, hotels and guest houses, yachts, and private residences. Our angle is a particular one — our teams have maintained these spaces daily for years. We know what reads well in a listing photograph, which materials survive a hundred turnovers, which sofa cleans up and which one stains forever. Every project ends with a deep clean by our own team.

For a sale, we make room for the buyer to picture themselves there: clearing out, depersonalising, rearranging rooms, then adding hired furniture, linen and objects where it helps. An empty flat photographs poorly, so we furnish it for the duration of the sale and take everything back afterwards. We work with the estate agent on the timing of the photographs and viewings.

For a holiday or furnished let, the interior is a commercial argument. Depending on the property, we restyle what is there or furnish it from scratch: the layout, the light, the real sleeping capacity, and the vantage points that will make the listing photographs. The aim is twofold: a place that feels good to stay in, and a place people want to book.

For hotels, guest houses and yachts, we work on common areas as well as bedrooms and cabins: circulation, textiles, lighting, storage. For private residences, anything from a single room to a whole villa: material palette, furniture sourcing, trades coordination and the final installation. We design around salt, humidity and sun, and hand over a finished interior — not a mood board.
