Concierge Services
A single point of contact for your property — coordination, hospitality, and day-to-day services, with complete peace of mind.
Beyond cleaning, we look after your property as if it were our own. Our concierge service is designed for owners, second-home residents, and rental managers who want to entrust the upkeep of their address to a trusted partner on the French Riviera.
We coordinate every vendor working on your property: tradespeople, gardeners, pool technicians, engineers, and suppliers. You deal with a single point of contact who schedules, supervises, and inspects every visit to guarantee a result that meets your standards.
For seasonal rentals and second homes, we handle guest check-in, key handover, preparing the property before each arrival, and inspections after each departure. Fresh linen, welcome amenities, and a polished, luxury-hotel presentation.
We also take care of everyday details: groceries, parcel reception, mail handling, seasonal opening and closing of the property, and emergency call-outs. You enjoy your property; we handle the rest.
Who it's for
Airbnb & seasonal rental hosts
You want a hotel's cleanliness score, stress-free turnovers and a place that lets for more, more often.
Second-home owners
A house ready for every arrival, kept between stays, and someone who picks up when the pool technician doesn't show.
Agencies & property managers
A dependable local operator for your portfolios from Menton to Nice: welcome, cleaning, linen, emergencies — white-label if you wish.
Families who lend their villa
Friends, children, business guests: we welcome them, prepare the house and reset it afterwards, as we would for a paying guest.
What we offer
Short-term letting around Monaco
The Principality offers almost no framework for tourist lets: the real host market sits in Beausoleil, Cap-d'Ail, Roquebrune, Menton and Nice — exactly our patch. Nice and several communes require a registration number, cap primary-residence lets at 120 nights a year and collect a tourist tax. We keep your listing compliant and warn you when the rules move.
What you receive
Everything that happens between two stays, and during them.
Guest welcome & key handover, 7 days
In person or via secure lockbox, with the house guide and our local recommendations.
Preparation & photo inspection
Property prepared before every arrival, inspected after every departure, photo report sent within the hour.
Hotel linen & welcome amenities
Pressed sheets, hotel corners, folded towels; coffee, soaps and flowers to match your standard.
Vendor coordination
Pool, garden, plumber, electrician: scheduled, supervised, inspected. One point of contact for you.
Errands, mail & seasonal opening
Parcel reception, mail sorting, opening in spring and closing down in autumn.
On-call & emergencies
Guest locked out at 11 pm, boiler down: someone turns up.

What Our Clients Say

"What sold me is the small stuff. They keep my guests' favourite coffee in stock, text me a photo report after every departure, and when a tenant locked himself out at 11pm, someone was there in twenty minutes."

"I manage my Menton apartment from Lyon. Every check-in, every checkout, every little hiccup — they handle it and I get a photo report. My guests think I live next door."
"We hand them 14 apartments and honestly, I don't think about it anymore. Checkout at 11, next guest at 3? It just gets done, no chasing. In two years, the few hiccups we had, they called me before I'd even noticed anything."
