What we collect and why
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. We use them only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
With your enquiry we also record how you reached the site — for example the Google ad, campaign or search keyword, the page you landed on, or the website that linked to us. This helps us know which of our advertising is useful (our legitimate interest). If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we use the details you give us in the same way.
Cookies and audience measurement
Nothing other than the record of your choice is stored on your device until you accept cookies in the banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
If you accept advertising cookies and then send the form, your email address and phone number are also passed to Google in encrypted (hashed) form so that Google Ads can tell us an ad led to an enquiry (“enhanced conversions”). Google cannot read them back and we do not use them for retargeting.

Who receives your data
Only our own team reads your enquiries. We rely on a few service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Turso (database), Resend (email delivery) and Google (Analytics and Ads, only with your consent). Some of them are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted at the latest three years after our last exchange. Client data is kept for the duration of our relationship and then for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. Write to info@maison5etoiles.fr; we answer within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
